Our mission is to serve you through divine connections, wisdom and wellness in spiritual and practical physical, emotional and heart applications.  We are coaches devoted to you and your wellness.  All too well we know that we live in a break/fix/throwaway world.  Not here!  We welcome your brokenness, your strengths, your vision and you’re seeking.  After all, aren’t we all broken in some way?  The joy as we seek to fulfill our purpose in glorifying our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ is that we are growing more in Christ likeness daily.  Therein wellness is revealed.  Our wellness is like a rain cloud rushing in and covering us spiritually, physically, emotionally and at the heart level when we share the center of our beings with each other.  Trust is born and wellness evolves.

The idea of writing a story and living it was one that stuck with me and I feel like I’m in the early stages of the story writing process right now. I need to spend some time putting my thoughts on paper and your gift may well be the one that prompts me to reserve the time!  Another key idea was the quality (and qualities) of the people we choose to spend our time (our lives) with.  This too is something I’ve been thinking about lately and living with others who are giving of themselves is so much more compelling than the alternatives that I would like to find a way to narrow my attention to people I feel great when I am around.
